Elasto Web Services Limited (registered in Nigeria under RC9645303) is a software engineering company building fintech infrastructure and enterprise software. We apply security-first engineering and maintain controls aligned with financial-grade and AML/CTF expectations across the platforms we operate and the services we deliver.

Our primary registration is with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under RC9645303. We are not a deposit-taking or licensed financial institution in our own name; where our products or services operate in a regulated capacity, they are conducted in accordance with the applicable licensing and regulatory requirements of the relevant authority.

We maintain documented policies and procedures to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism. These cover:

• Customer and beneficial-ownership identification and verification (KYC).
• Risk assessment of customers, products, and geographies.
• Sanctions and watchlist screening.
• Transaction monitoring and identification of suspicious activity.
• Record-keeping and staff awareness, overseen by our designated compliance function.

We prohibit opening or maintaining accounts or business relationships with shell entities, including entities lacking a verifiable presence, beneficial ownership, or legitimate operating purpose. Where an entity cannot be adequately identified, we decline or terminate the relationship.

We apply a risk-based approach to assessing our customer base and their transactions, classifying customers by risk and applying enhanced due diligence where appropriate.

We perform appropriate due diligence on subcontractors, agents, and representatives engaged to support service delivery, covering normal commercial checks as well as anti-corruption, AML, and CTF considerations, under written confidentiality and compliance obligations.

For companies and institutions we verify registered legal name, jurisdiction and registration number, address, beneficial ownership, authorised representatives, and the nature of business. For individuals we verify identity through government-issued identification.
